About the Workshop
A Jeevan Vidya workshop is an intensive 40-hour learning experience designed to bring attention to often overlooked and subtle dimensions of life. Participants explore questions related to interpersonal relationships, education, society, the environment, aspirations, and success, while developing tools to understand the deep connections between seemingly separate aspects of living.
The workshop is a process of guided introspection — a practice of doing philosophy rather than merely studying it. There is no sermonising. Instead, the facilitator presents thoughtful proposals and supports participants in examining their own thoughts, fears, and aspirations.
As the process unfolds, participants begin to question hidden assumptions and gain a clearer view of life’s intricate fabric, opening up new possibilities for constructive and meaningful action. Through a carefully curated, plainspoken dialogue, moments of insight arise while remaining grounded in everyday reality — free from mystification or esoteric abstraction.
The intention is to spark an empowering, self-reflective inner dialogue that begins during the workshop and continues long after it ends.
Gift Culture
This workshop is conducted in the spirit of gift culture.
The facilitation is offered as a gift, and the facilitator does not receive payment. The costs of food and accommodation for your participation have already been supported by previous participants who found value in the workshop.
If you benefit from the experience, you may choose to pay it forward to support future participants. Money is never a barrier to participation.
